1. Can I return my orders? Where do I return my shoes?
Please ask an request feedback on our website, we will reply soonest into your email including return information.

2. How long will it take to process my return?
We process all returns as soon as they are received. Regularly, on all returns and exchanges, processing will take about 15 days.

3. What if I have worn my shoes? Can I still return them?
No. We cannot take back worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition, with its original packing and tags.

4. What if my items are faulty?
Please contact us within 3 days after its delivery, we will do our best to get this out for you.

5. Do I have to sign for the package when delivered?
Yes, all parcels from us are required a signature.

6. What if i am not available on my delivery date?
If you are not available to sign for your parcel, then it will be returned to your local post office for an automatic delivery, and you can go to pick it up yourself.

7. We ordered 8 days ago we have not got our tracking yet?
We are sorry for that. Some e-mails systems block our e-mails as spam, please check your junk mail and add our email address to your friend list, support@4myboots.com.

8. I sent you an e-mail 3 days ago, how come I have got no response?
We try to reply to e-mails within 24 hours. If you have not received a repsonse from us, your e-mail may have not been received or blocked the emails from us, in order not to waste your time, please add our email to your list after you place the order.We receive many customers e-mails every day and try to respond to them all, but sometimes your e-mail may get accidentally deleted by our SPAM blocking. Please e-mail us again if you have not received an reply within 1 days except weekends allow for 2 days.

9. How to enjoy your policy and discount?
We accept returns or exchanges on condition that shoe damages. You must contact us within 24hours after receive your goods, if damaged, we need a digital picture within 48 hours after received goods, then we will review and if claim is legitimate will give return authorization number, and you?have to return your item within 5 days after contacting us. The returned product must be in unused condition and sent back in the same condition as it was sent to you. And for discount, we offer discount coupon to our regular customers, if you are, please just contact us for the code.

10. Are your items all authentic?
